Gladstone residents and even those outside have been loyal to this downtown family restaurant for many, many years.  Up in the morning to meet friends for coffee and that big cinnamon roll at the “Dew”.  Recipes have been handed down from Vera and everyone remembers the Hamburger Noodle soup.  Friday night fish frys, Sunday morning brunch and the many, many people coming for breakfast after the 4th of July parade.  Gladstone needs this restaurant open again!  Recent changes include all new carpeting, a super cleaning of the kitchen, new light fixtures in the kitchen, new lighted outdoor sign & a new smoke-free environment!  Restaurant Is handicapped accessible, has parking both in front and in the back parking lot.  An inviting entry where folks can stand and talk, but not be in the way of others coming and going.  Restaurant has both booth and table seating  with seating capacity of 108 people. Facility has central air, male and female restrooms and basement for storage.  The “Dew Drop Inn” is located right in the heart of downtown Gladstone and has very little competition.  Gladstone lies on Little Bay De Noc where the fisherman comes from all over for the fishing tournaments.  Gladstone is right off the major Highway of US 2 for easy off and easy back on.  Upgrade your ideas with specialty coffees and wireless internet.  This long, established family restaurant needs a family to operate it again.  Culinary experience preferred.  Seller financing available.
